The room had a great view of downtown and the shared bathroom was kept in good condition. the staff were friendly and the free breakfast provided a variety of options to choose from.

The room cleanliness could have been better, as there were some areas that were not spotless.

It is verry bad, I will not book it.

I havent used all the facilities,but from what i used...well it would be nice to have at least a chair in the room!

Great location near subways, Yonge Street, and Loblaws. Excellent security, fast elevators, and great views from higher floors.

Felt like a home away from home, no complaints.

Did not like the lack of air conditioning and the inability to pay to have that added bathrooms need to be kept cleaner we could do this ourselves if we had some cleaning materials clean towels every other day or so would be nice community room needs to be kept clean a vending machine for laundry detergent would be nice.

neill wycik impressed me again, just like last time in toronto. great location, reasonable price, and a cool vibe. loved the rooftop and yummy breakfast. only drawback was the old, uncomfortable mattresses.

Rooms are very small, washrooms and bathrooms are not always clean, no houskeeping service available 24 hours, no tv, no phones, no Wi-Fi connections in the rooms.

Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Low price, central location. The perfect place for people with low emphasis on air conditioning (none), undisturbed sleep (noisy) or room service (none).

neill wycik made my stay in toronto even better! great location near metro and bus stations. staff were friendly and helpful. delicious breakfast included, and the rooftop terrace had amazing views. highly recommend!

Great downtown location. Spacious room and excellent security. Complimentary breakfast a nice bonus. No air conditioning, but large fan provided. Will return. 😄

I wondered the attention of the staff, their disponibility to help guests. It is really good located.

The bad thing was the impossibility to sleep by the weather, because it is was too hot and the room doesn't have neither a fan. The other bad thing is that they don't have internet acces in the rooms.

solo rooms for a decent price, wifi, friendly staff. location.
